Delivery within India takes 5 to 10 working days; however, delays from the courier side are not included in this timeline. Please ensure you provide a valid phone number for smooth delivery.

We offer replacement or exchange only if the product is damaged, and the request must be made within 2 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof. To process the replacement, the item must be couriered back to the address we provide, and once we receive it, we will send the replacement. Please note that requests made after 2 days will not be accepted, and minor issues like stones coming off are not considered damage, as they can be easily fixed.
